Order Process

For standard orders, a simple order form including a product number, the quality of precious metal, and the desired quantity will be provided to fill out. After the order is processed, a wax model is made by pouring liquid wax into a rubber framework. Once set, the wax mounting is attached to a stem, then baked in a casting machine to produce a precious metal tree. Individual mountings are then cut off the tree, high polished and are ready for shipment or display. All orders are securely packaged and shipped by insured freight.

For custom designs, the client provides a picture or illustrated sketch of the desired design. A wax model is produced through a virtual module attached to a Roland Engraver with highly specialized proprietary software. Our staff of designers works closely with each client to create a uniquely personal design. The order quantity for custom designs can range from a single engagement ring to a few hundred class rings to even thousands of limited edition collector items.

Pricing is subject to the market price of the precious metal as set by the New York Spot Price. The order will be priced on the shipping date. Payment is due prior to shipment and may be processed via credit card or wire transfer.

Shin’s Gold Fine Jewelry takes every precaution to ensure our products arrive in pristine condition. We only use insured parcel post and will gladly replace any product damaged during shipment.
